Is anyone going to the embedded world fair next week ? I will be there for 2 days but I'm not sure how much private time I have to check everything. I will write an report though. If you have special interest let me know so I can focus on those things a little.

First conclusion :

IoT advertising everywhere..... Actual IoT innovations... rare.

Found a few interesting chips but nothing spectacular.

I will present 2 very cool (and affordable ) evaluation boards. I will write about it the next weeks ;)

I had to work the whole first day and just had the chance to have a brief look at Everything. I was quite shocked when I found a very interesting board at... conrad. ...The new c control board. The guy who build it really have but some thoughts in it. AtMel 32 bit and everything you need on board. Price. .. 84 Euro... conrad. .. Make sure to visit cypress to get a free psoc4 Prototyping kit.

today I have to attend some conferences but hope to have some time to walk around. It's student day. It will be crowded ;)

And yes. You can take pictures of the stuff around

Awww... i checked the stack before departure, afterwards i had no chance to.

In impression of the electronica, it didn't feel that crowded on thursday.

I didn't take the chance to take photos... would have been difficult.

I got a Renesas RL78/G14 Promotional board and a EA DOG Arduino LCD Shield.

Also honorable mentions: A dice and a ruler from Schroff (Pentair) and a Keygem (Lizard) from SILabs.

I was surprised that it wasn't that crowded on thursday. The last 2 years it had been a nightmare. Great you got some toys!
