Li-ion 18650 battery charger(any 3.7v cell

Used parts from worn out usb power packs. I was lucky enough to have one that already had a 18650 cell built-in; I just removed it, drilled holes in place, and connected wires to the screws I added to hold the "charging" cell in place.
