Thanks for liking and following Open Source LiDAR - Unruly! My first LiDAR designed in the early 80s used ECL logic so I totally understand your interest in good old fashioned discrete hardware. Please tell all your friends about our project and we may be able to offer it as an educational kit or complete product :).
