Who I Am
Since I can remember, I've wanted to know what makes people tick. I stood in the back of the cafeteria analyzing people’s interactions, wrote poetry about the people I saw on the street, and eventually found my way into science. As I learned how people worked, I felt an urge to develop new ways to learn about them. From people-watching and writing, I found my way into biotechnology. Now, I use my writing to pay for new tech and experiment with it, trying to expand what we can do with our bodies.
Why I'm on Hackaday.io
I've always been interested in the intersections between neuroscience and engineering, and I am majoring in both at the University of Pennsylvania. I love using EEG, EMG and 3D printers to discover new things we can do and learn with our bodies.
Hackaday.io seemed like the perfect platform to explore these opportunities, and transform my normal "messing with tech" into something that can truly have an impact.
