It took quite a bit of time, but I ended up with a working CNC machine. Most of it is 3D printed, and most of the cost are just the motors. It runs on GRBL and I control it with bCNC, two really great tools. This is what I use for the PCBs
Started building my 3D printer at 17 and completed it one year later. Made out of either recycled or handmade parts. In the first version I even wrote my own (not very efficient) firmware, built the stepper controllers and wrote the Gcode sender
