Ethanol-Electric Hybrid Vehicle

For EcoCAR2, the University of Waterloo Alternative Fuels Team designed an ethanol-electric series hybrid. Three motors and an ethanol engine give the vehicle all wheel drive, the ability to run fully electric, and range extension using E85.

Hydrogen-Electric Hybrid Vehicle

For the EcoCAR Challenge competition, I worked with the University of Waterloo Alternative Fuels Team to build a hydrogen-electric hybrid vehicle. We integrated a GM fuel cell system, A123 battery pack, and two electric motors in to a Saturn Vue

Hey, Fab that you are an Engineering student at one of the best schools there is (well, after my alma mater, U of A ;-) Thanks for the skull, though my little project is not as awesome as being involved in a vehicle challenge! Good luck!
