Over at Supplyframe DesignLab, Hackaday LA Headquarters, we hosted one of the flagship World Create Day events! Lots of great collaboration, feedback, and discussions.

We had a few hackers bring projects:

This 3D printed project with an accelerator sensor tracks if you're walking level or not. Created by Joan Horvath.

Diego of Deezmaker brought his open actuator project to show us his progress and future plans!

Boian Mitov's robotic car is in working condition! But with all projects, ran into a bump in the road by losing a tire! Anyone got AAA? :) A fun demo!

Here is Rich Cameron's mirrored LED goggles! Super fun and cool project. We think every person got to try these on that day.

World Create Day is also all about brainstorming and conceptualizing an idea. Here is Edward sketching out his electromagnetic motion charging device!

Here is Roger showing off the Hackaday Prize tee. Hackers who submitted a project into the Hackaday Prize 2017 got to take one of these home!

A really fun event to see what hackers are submitting to the Prize and supporting those who are thinking about it!

Some other topics we discussed in groups were Hacker Calculus, Raspberry Pi for the visually impaired, VR in Switzerland and call blocking devices. Tons of great project feedback sessions going on. Thanks so much to the Hackaday LA community! Hope we get to do something like this (for a longer event) soon.
