Hackaday World Create Day Appalachian Forge Works

Successful event. Wished we had more local participation, but something was successfully created on World Create Day! Will be focusing on building the business this year and work toward next years goal to hopefully build something special for the Hackaday prize entry.

We will be out spreading the word in the three of the surrounding counties this Saturday. Posting flyers and utilizing other forms of free advertising in Avery, Mitchell, Yancey, and Watauga counties. Please let us know if you would like to help. All help is greatly appreciated and will be rewarded with lunch. Free pizza and beer at Dry County Brewery in Spruce Pine.
