Thank you for liking my #Telescope Mount Controller using PERSEUS-9! I decided to challenge the control display of an astronomical telescope mount in order to show in my own way that PERSEUS-9 is not just a prototype, but is to some extent practical. I was also able to challenge myself to build a practical telescope mount at the same time, as this had been an issue for me for some time.

Thank you for liking my #PERSEUS-8 homemade 6502 computer ! As for my computers, I get a lot of questions from people about the single-step method for CPUs and enclosures and wire wrapping wiring, so I'm focusing on those in this article.

I'd love to have you on for a Hack Chat sometime, I think your designs and building methods would make for a great discussion. Unfortunately, we do them at noon Pacific time, which probably would make it hard for you to attend. But do let me know if you're interested. FAQ: https://hackaday.io/page/9296-the-hack-chat-faq

Thank you for the information. I'm not going to be able to participate in the chat right away, but I will try to keep track of the situation. When my last post, 'Homemade Operational Amplifier', was actively discussed and that was almost over when I noticed it on Hackaday top page.

Thanks for liking my #Does Beer Cool Down Faster in a Can Than a Bottle project! It seemed like a good topic for an April Contest :}

Thank you for liking my #Homemade Operational Amplifier ! This content is very basic, but I think it is actually important.

Thanks for liking my #6802 Serial Terminal . I thought it would be easier and more interesting to have several posts together, so I posted a couple of articles related to the first post. I thank everyone for commenting and reading.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for the skull & very complimentary mention of #CDCNC at https://hackaday.com/2020/08/25/mini-cnc-mill-goes-horizontal-to-reuse-cd-drives/ !

I checked in to the chat, but nobody mentioned anything like this & I opted to not self-promote where everyone else was talking about real stuff.

Hi Dan, Thanks for my first like!  Interak Z80 computer.  One of the first thinks that got me interested in electronics was Ham radio, but I just couldn't get to grips with morse! I understand it's a lot simpler now, and often you don't need it.  Wanted to build an R/C aircraft but settled for a boat (no nasty crashes).  These days it's mostly the Z80 and Arduino stuff, some test gear....    We'll speak again

Regards

Mel.

Hey Gord, here I am. Ping me back or hit me at danmaloney@hackaday.com. Either way, you'll please pardon any nonsensical ramblings or lunatic raving - I'm dealing with a dose of flu here. I'm OK to talk, though, and hey, could be extra special entertaining for you.
