The Cylon

I love Larson scanners and think charlieplexing is cool, so this is a charlieplexed Larson Scanner. It's 15 cm on a double sided board. I did make a single sided board version but you had to alternate the LED polarity and that confused people.

Pixel Squares

A really simple project that started out as one thing and ended up as something else, prettier. Just a bunch of WS2801 Thin Pixel LEDs and some nice light diffusing acrylic.

Ben, I've been waiting for phenoptix to ship a mearm to me for a month and a half already. i've sent you two emails already -which have gone unanswered so far, meanwhile you're blogging and tweeting and whatnot. If you set up an online shop you have to take care of it instead of playing with gadgets all day long. I'm really pissed and you have my money already and I can't do a paypal dispute since I paid with Bitcoin.

Hi Alvaro, Just replied to your second email sent at 13:06 today! I can understand being annoyed about the first email and the dispatch but the second one? Anyway really sorry to have missed the first and for the lack of dispatch on the order. Bitcoin was part of the problem really, no payments had been coming through and it was flagged to be looked at. What with all of the changes with phenoptix and MeArm this wasn't done and I really am truly sorry.
The Arm will be dispatched to you right away along with a couple of metal gear servos to help make up for the poor service.
