Thanks Adam! Great to see others playing with RF. It's not nearly as hard as it may seem and although can get complex it's just like any other electronics where steady progress can be learned. Feel free to ask any questions.

Have you thought about getting your amateur radio license? A major goal for us and FaradayRF is to not only increase access to digital amateur radio and push newer more relavent technology / activities into the ham world but also provide a go-to educational resource for learning. There is a huge gap between simple morse code transmitters and serial data terminal wireless radios and fully developed zigbee/bluetooth/wifi stacks. We want to help people learn to develop wireless communications, build RF circuits, understand framing/encapsulation/ARQ/TDMA/etc...

I think I will totally take you up on that offer for questions lol. As for getting a HAM license I do plan on getting one, I already have a Baofeng radio sitting in a box for when I do get it. I'm also sure I'm going to need it to legally operate some of my up coming projects as well :).  I'm a big support of HAM myself  I have friends that do it and there was a club at WPI where I went to school, always had an appreciation for RF and HAM but haven't gotten into it until now. Know of any good resources where I can learn more ?
