Take a look to these modules by microchip: RN2483 or RN2903. http://www.microchip.com/wwwproducts/en/RN2483
It's simple to attach to a micro, a simple wire can be attached as antenna.

Hi Roman, you can just add some wires on the pads, similar as shown in the other link.
