Fabrication Services

OSH Park is a community printed circuit board (PCB) order that brings you high quality, lead-free boards which are manufactured in the United States and shipped for free to anywhere in the world.

We offer purple soldermask over bare copper (SMOBC) and an ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold) finish.

Two Layer Boards

All two-layer boards ship with FR4 substrate, purple mask over bare copper, and ENIG (immersion gold) finish.

Minimum design rules are 6 mil trace clearance, 6 mil trace width, 13 mil drill size, and 7 mil annular ring.

One-sided boards can be ordered on any of our 2 Layer services.

Four Layer Boards

All 4 layer boards ship with FR408 substrate, purple mask over bare copper, and ENIG (immersion gold) finish.

Minimum design rules are 5 mil trace clearance, 5 mil trace width, 10 mil drill size, and 4 mil annular ring.

We do not support blind or buried vias.

Shipping Information and Turnaround Times

There are two periods of time to think about when making your order:

• Fabrication time between when you place your order and when we receive boards from the fab.
• Shipping time between when we ship and when the post office delivers your order to you.

All PCBs ship from Lake Oswego, Oregon, and are fully manufactured in the United States.

Turnaround times range from 5 business days to 3-4 weeks, depending on which service you select.

Due to variability of shipping times, this option is not advised for time-critical packages. During checkout, the selected shipping method will be used for all items in your cart. This includes orders that will be shipped at different times, such as ones containing a mix of 2 layer, 4 layer, or Super Swift boards.

For items purchased at different times (and with different order numbes), we cannot guarantee combined shipping. However, our system will automatically try to combine them into the fastest selected parcel type, as long as they’re shipped at the same time.
