Octavo Systems has launche the OSD3358 to help build custom systems around the BeagleBone Black:

The SiP has most of the guts of a BeagleBone Black on a single chip making it simple to make and bring up your own board. Power management, memory, processor and over 140 passives included in this package, making component sourcing, board design and assembly simpler.
