Domen wrote 05/23/2016 at 18:07 • 0 pointsI've been searching for a sub 15$ digital camera/webcamera for a long time.
It's for my timelapse project and I can't seem to find a good camera in this price range.
Any ideas?

Thrift store if you have them where you live, I've found 5 or so 1080p logitech webcams for $3-$10

This is a relativelly cheap camera and compatible with Raspberry:
Creative Live! Cam Sync HD
It does take 720p pictures, and it has autoexposure... Works well for what it costs.

Maybe a spare laptop camera? I think these are connected via USB to the laptop motherboard.

A lot of cameras are marketed as 8MP or 12MP but they turn out to be only 640x480 pixels.
