Difference Between BCaBA and BCBA

While both BCaBAs and BCBAs work in behavior  BCABA analysis, the key difference lies in their level of responsibility and supervision requirements. BCaBAs must work under the supervision of a BCBA, whereas BCBAs can work independently and supervise BCaBAs and other staff.

Educational Requirements

Required Degrees and Coursework

To become a BCaBA, you'll need at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Your degree can be in any field, but you'll need  Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst to complete specific coursework in behavior analysis.
