How to power up an e-ink display ?

I have a very specific project, and I would like to know how can I power up an e-ink display and display anything I want from my smartphone with, let's say, bluetooth.
I know this is not a very common project and not very easy but I really want to achieve it.
If someone wanna help me, I can give more information :)

He's selling boards on Crowdsupply, and it just talks to a Teensy. Lots of Teensy->BT tutorials out there, too.

I took a look on the link, and this is very great for amators like me ! But can I use the kit for power up bigger screen ? The screens that the guy is providing is way to small for my projects...

This is the largest screen that I can reliably drive at this point. E-paper manufacturers are terrible at giving away their proprietary Look-Up Tables for even the most basic functions. I was lucky and persistent enough to convince Pervasive Displays to let me open-source a few of their designs centered around this display, so hopefully if enough people support my project, I can convince them there's a viable market and they'll release more of their locked-up code :)
