CHEAPEST MicroController for TINY Robot

Hi,

So, I am looking to buy a few 100 microcontrollers, for really tiny robots - like these: https://hackaday.io/project/2054-tinybot-robot-family-development-board and https://hackaday.io/project/11588-robotics-for-control etc.

BUT, my goal is to have BRAITENBERG type robots for kids - cheap as free, like total cost less than 5USD - with motors, PCBs and stuff.

First my plan was to go with Op-Amp and Switches - btu I dont think I can get good variety of behaviors without having so many switches (more than 10).

So, cheapest microcontroller please - PIC or AVR is what I know about.

SMD and would be good if there are like 2 ADC pins and about 10 other pins for other IO

Robots will move around, Buzz, blink light and do stuff based on sensor values (Light/IR Sensors)
