Hello!

I am trying to build an inverter with dc-dc boost converter, for three phase inverter which is more efficient four wire type or three wire type three phase inverter

Good luck with this! I went through this design a few years back, <400W for solar inverters. One piece of golden advice is watch for MOSFET/IGBT routing on the board, switching spikes can be hellish if you're not careful and will eat into all your efficiency.

I would think that 4-wire wins in efficiency, primarily because the return path of the current can hit the ground plane of your 3-phase inverter circuit directly, rather than going through the switch arms again. I have no mathematical backup for this, just a gut feel.
