Any Image to UINT16_T byte Array

So,

There are many services online that offer image conversion to a C/C++ byte array, but most limit you to the size of the LCD/OLED they have written it for.

Not to say that they are not valid, but there are times where one just want an arbitrary byte array from any type of image.

Yes there are command line tools like convert and imagemagick, but how about a web based tool, like a drag and drop

When we where working on Retro ESP32, which has many such byte array to image buffer for lcd, we set out and created our own.
