Remoticon badge?

As we're all distributed, it seems appropriate that a badge could be designed and published in time for people to order their own PCBs and components in time to assemble their own.
I also wondered if it would be good to give the badge some kind of human machine interface feature, such as a USB HID device, perhaps with a novel physical interface.
Might be worth a discussion, anyway.
