I am not sure if "smart label" is only mark for watch connected to phone ?
This watches have no communication, but you can connect unlimited IIC sensors, (humidity, pressure, temperature, compass, ADC, DAC)
Watch have speech output with talkie library.
They are designed to work with minimum components and easy assembly.
