The difficulty lies in getting the correct resistance between the mains contacts.

I need to do a little more research and figure out the desired resistance for running with 110volts as to heat at a desired pace. Then figure out how much graphene I need to use in combination with the carbon fiber veil cloth to achieve that desired resistance.

I will be embedding thermocouples at intervals to monitor temperatures across the composite.

I have all the materials so that is not a problem.

This will also need to be insulated to avoid electric shock, I will be doing this with an extremely thin piece of RC fiberglass.

A cheap PID controller and SSR from ebay will be used to control the bed temp. The alarm and shutoff will be wired to the printer board to automatically shut off when the print is done.
