Hi, I'm also planning to build a vacuum table for my CNC router but probably out of high density MDF due to budget. Do you have dimensions or drawings? More specifically I was looking for dimensions of the channels and the size of gasket tubing (are you using EDPM cord?). Thanks for sharing!

Yes certainly I used a 3mm channel and a 3mm gasket which turned out to be best. I tried it also with a 2mm and 4mm as it compresses but the 3mm was perfect. I know people have had mixed results with MDF but I would recommend saving up and doing it with a high grade aluminium such as C250. We could also make you one out of MDF if that's easier, but I'll hapilly draw you something up if you need it.
