I'm currently in Austria because of work. I love this place, but there's no place like home, where you have EVERYTHING you need, when you need it. So I'm thinking of a kit that allows you to have some options to go through, with little parts. This list might be updated at anytime.

You always need a paper clip for something. Maybe it's a temporary hook, or something to poke a reset button or to release a dvd from it's evil drive.

Oh. Right. Didn't think about this!

3D-print a part that clamps on the wire and traps the magnet... Much better than tying a simple, boring knot! I'm sure it'll be cost effective... Right?

That shouldn't be that hard for me, with the good printer at home. I thought of designing a retractable mechanism for the string like those metal rulers that are so dangerous and awesome. Those with the button.
