Hey there :) you should add some perfboard vias / pads and make the logo smaller so one can add/solder stuff to it.  Brake out all the pins of the teensy as well and move all the parts into the top right and closer together(?). If you want to make it easier to see the connections (for educational reasons?), consider adding lines in the silkscreen layer on top of the wires.
