Hardware for the Modules

A project log for A 110 kWh Powerbucket

The lead-acid batteries of my off-grid solar system are dead. I will replace them by a 18650 batteries stack housed in a big wooden box.

This picture shows the hardware necessary to build the modules:

  1. The 5 * 14 battery holder - 2 are necessary per module
  2. The 10 x 3 mm tinned copper bus bars - 31 cm long - 4 are necessary per module
  3. The 7 mm * 0.1 mm nickel strip - 1,5 m / module
  4. The 0.5 mm tinned copper wire - for the fuses
  5. The battery cells are not shown - 70 cells / module
