Description

Maxim Integrated developed an integrated heart rate monitor for heartbeat detector and pulse oximeter called the MAX30100. The MAX30100 is gaining traction in the DIY community. I have used it for finger photoplethysmography, but I wanted to see how well it worked for a wrist-wrong heart monitor like smartwatches and fitness bands. We'll see how this goes!
