I Removed the solar charge controller.

Although the LT3652 works fine, it adds cost, and more importantly does not pay back that cost. Charging an LA battery at a low rate (say 0.02C or less) does not really benefit from having a charge controller, it works fine to just connect the PV to the battery through a blocking diode

Some MCU pins are now free. On ^7 I ran them to a header but I don't like what I did.

I am using the ^7 board I built to run my reflow oven.

I will not offer this verison on Tindie.
