The head of the robot was divided in eigth 3d printed parts, all of them printed in PLA with 0,2mm resolution, 10% infill and no supports. It took almos 15 hours for printing the 130 mm in diameter structure.

The top and bottom of the head were divided in two parts and glued. All the other parts are mounted using screws, so that the head can be disassabled for repair.

Four 8x8 LED matrix were used on robot's face.

A cabeça do robô foi divida em oito partes impressas em 3d, todas elas em PLA com resolução de 0,2mm, infill de 10% e sem suportes durante a impressão. Foram necessários quase 15 horas para impressão da estrutura com 130 mm de diâmetro.

O topo e a parte de baixo da cabeça foram divididos em duas partes e colados. Todas as outras partes são montadas usando-se parafusos, de forma que a cabeça possa ser desmontada para manutenção.

Quatro matrizes de LED de 8x8 foram usadas na face do robô.
