Description

The goal of this project, it's to create a lowcost universal speed reducer for robotics applications

Details

This project is on development.

All the pieces are 3D printed with an Ultimaker 2 with an infill of 30% and a quality of 150 microns but you can make your own settings or also machine them.

- 1 x Gearwheel 19 teeth
- 2 x Roller Bearing 8x22x7
- 6 x Screw M3x10
1. Insert the roller bearing in each gearwheel
2. Screw the six M3x10

Base assembly
Components list :
- 1 x Base
- 1 x Roller Bearing 8x22x7 with stop
1. Insert the roller bearing in the base

Head assembly

- 1 x Head
- 1 x Roller Bearing 8x22x7 with stop
- 1 x Needle Roller Thrust Bearing 40x60x3mm
1. Insert the roller bearing and the needle roller thrust bearing in the base
