We are going to use several sensors on an arduino card, in order to give the temperature, the humidity, the weight, the number of bees and the luminosity in the hive.

Here is the arduino project we realized at the CRI, with my classmate of the ESME Sudria as part of our presentation for the International Track.

It is soon the presentation to the class. We've tried the project on a filled hive this afternoon, and all the stuffs are working exept the scale. We have to work on the ergonomy, but our work already goes into a hive.

During the last weeks we hadn't many things to add to our logs. We are still programming our arduino components, and looking for some more documentation.

We ordered the components, so what could we do during this session... What about contacting a beekeeper, who could help us to fill the bill of specifications of our Connected Beehive during our project. We wrote the first questions of the beekeeper's interview.

This week we want to start our project, so we are looking at the components that could be usefull for our hive, and we fill the hackaday page with the list of components we ordered.

At the beginning, we were looking at a project to work on, every thursday in the morning. When we thought about creating an e-hive, we have done some research about what have already been done on this subject.
