Ardumower Arctic Hare X2

3D-printed chassi for Ardumower

Similar projects worth following
So, recently, I was asked to design a concept for an already existing project (Ardumower).
The goal of this project is to be able to print the chassi in a 20x20x20 3D printer.
This project will be designed after existing Hardware that one can buy from marotronics.de

The mower can be built either as a single mower or a double version. Your budget can decide. For questions about Hardware or code I refer to (Ardumower).

This is a great project if you want to build your own robot lawnmower.
Designed in Fusion360 and will be available to download when it is ready! :-)

The body for the Ardumower is almost done. Fully 3D-printable in a 20x20x20 printer. Designed in Fusion360. The body was sliced in 17 parts. Next up is a finishing and painting. Total print time around 200h with 0.6mm nozzle and 0.28 layers. Here is a snapshot from behind

Ah ok, so shouldnt be a problem, honestly im cheap, i really dont wanna buy the aluminum frame pieces, I may print those in solid PTEG or something. I am looking at making a commertial ardru mower type robot that I can rent out to customers to upkeep their yards during warm months, which here is about 1/2 the year.

aha ok. I think the aluminum will be cheaper the PETG. The price is around 10euro/M. I will share everything when it’s done ;)
