the mariamole autocompletion is not so good (it just completes the words you typed before)
before that I suggest you sublime Stino plugin

you can also develop arduino projects in visual studio with full autocompletion

and eclipse has a plugin for arduino too

Hello! We just started porting it. There's a project on github, but it doesn't have anything working yet. We'll need some more weeks to have a functional version
