A Hardware 4x4x4 LED Cube Driver using BJT, No MCU

Similar projects worth following
While attempting to program some obstinate Arduino hardware to drive my LED cubes properly I struck on the idea of building a driver without a MCU, just using BJT logic to switch the array.

Using my Multistable Oscillator, an adaptation of an Astable that can sequence a whole row of LEDs instead of just two, I've built a hardware version of Propeller.

True to style, I'm also pushing the envelope on the design front, developing a system of deadbugging using SMD components alongside TH ones mounted on flexible double-sided transparent sticky substrate. I've long had issues with SMD because of a lack of breadboarding in its design process. I also dislike EDS packages and dont have funds for board houses either, so I've basically just hacked SMD using rubber glue instead...
