My friend lives off grid on a boat.
She has to fill her water tank for washing up water from the river.
Currently she has to manually lift the water from the river, a bucket at a time, then wait for the water to slowly drain away before refilling, often half an hour or longer between fills of 20 litres or so- slower than she uses the water.
My aim is to try and use an automated pump to fill the water into the filter, so she doesn't need to remember to fill the water.
