Analyzed using SolidWorks Flow Simulation and it was giving a 6psi boost at 1000 rad/s. But it also needed a 0.7kW motor. Had no resources to evaluate this with the engine and machine this with metal . Shelved for future.

Seems like a perfect job for a 5-axis CNC. You might wander over to AvE on YouTube - he recently bought a Haas mill and is looking for community projects. Bet he'd entertain making a prototype.
