8051/8052 Breakout Board

A modular breakout board for 8051 and 8052 MCUs that use the PLCC package.

This breakout board converts a 44 pin PLCC package version of 8051 or 8052 into a 40 pin wide DIP package. The breakout board also includes a 11.0592MHz crystal for proper baud rate generation, as well as 4 bypass capacitors.

i have a base board in the works with breakouts for RAM and ROM as well. i have a large quantity of these 8052 chips (a little over 16k pieces), so i plan to make these board available via tindie. 8052 board will probably sell for something like $3.95, certainly not hundreds! hehe
