Some case design...

Finally, after a few iterations, I came up with a design I like. The main problem is the screw holes, I'm worried about the acrylic structural integrity after removing that much material from the corners. We'll see...

The radius on the corners is too large and not in proportion to the screw holes. Is there a reason for such a large radius?

Actually there's no reason for that radius apart from the fact that I thought it looked nice. I'll try to make the corners sharper as you suggest. Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated :)
