I would like to suggest using EasyEDA for schematic capture, board layout and fab.  I use this service and I am very happy with the results.  Your processor board could be: 2 layers, plated through holes, 6 mil traces with 6 mil spaces between traces, autorouted,  up to 100mm x 100mm and cost $2.00 for 10 boards delivered in a week.  Hard to beat!

Hi. thanks for the comment :). I would use a PCB manufacturing service but i would like to make the boards myself simply because it makes it more "home brew". I'm using Express PCB because i find it easy to use. Thanks for the recommendation though, and i'll look into the software. (You're right though, and with a manufacturing service I wouldn't have to drill the hundred or so holes on this board by hand :/)

EDIT: I'm looking at the program now and it looks pretty good! probably better than express PCB but i'll have to look into it more later today. thanks again :)
