my better half had to work this xmas and so i put together a little something to put on their badge at work. sometimes a smile is worth the cost of overnight shipping because you procrastinated and waited til the last minute. It's based on an atmega328p (vqfn-28) and powered by a 1220 button cell. I'd like it to last a little while by going to sleep after it does the blinking. My apologies ahead of time as this is my first time using hackaday.io and github. Everything was hand soldered. I used a paint stripping heat gun (go big or go home) to solder the avr. It was programmed using an atmel-ice. the programming header was removed and the pads covered with kapton before the battery was inserted. that interference was just a design compromise to get the size down.
