Made a breakout board for the PI5USB30213A USB-C mux since I'm a little bit worried I might mess up the wiring for it. Might be useful for future projects as well.

Built and tested one board now. The RX and TX pairs are swapped on the USB-A side. The Enable pin should be tied to GND to actually enable the chip (not left floating as I thought). The connector seems to be glitching, but maybe I just failed to solder it properly.

Note the PCB edge in the drawing. It's quite a bit away from the holes.

Have you verified that USB footprint in relation to PCB edge? It seems really far, hope you can plug in a cable. Maybe try to find a 3d model.

Also, round them corners!
