Talking about precision: How do you control the bender? Do you just use a few lines of code like "feed x mm, rotate bending tool by x degree" and repeat? Can you control wire-feed in millimeters or sub-mm?
Repeatability seems very good here! Now for an automatic wire-cutter :)

I am using GRBL as firmware for Arduino and I am controlling it via manually written GCODE. I've calibrated the bender to be able to specify the length of wire to be feed in mm and in what angle to bend it. So to create a shape its few lines of code. Precision is tens of millimiters.
Yeah, next step is retractable bending head so I can pass the wire from the otherside and do the opposite site angle bend. And it should also contains cutting head :)
