Assembly Mount.stl

This mount has four pockets for 1/4" Dia X 1/8" Thick magnets (K&J P/N ZD42E) to hold the entire eye assembly in place.

Link Gage.stl

This is the gage for cutting & bending the push-pull rods to size.

Link Assembly Fixture.stl

This gage is used to position the push-pull rods while connecting them to the Ball Bracket. The triangular portions are to support it during printing and are intended to be broken away before use. It nestles over the socket ball and the notches in the Ball Bracket to fully align the rods.

Hole Knife Holder.stl

This, along with a 1/4" drill,I used to hold a small craft knife blade to cut the eye holes in the pumpkin.

Alighnment Plug.stl

This part, along with the Alignment Clamp, is used to form the warm Shapelock into the eye mount. It also has four pockets for 1/4" Dia X 1/8" Thick magnets (K&J P/N ZD42E). An extra 4 magnets are attached to the back of the flange before use, so these extra magnets get embedded in the Shapelock during the forming process.

I recommend this part be printed in ABS and vapor polished so there is less for the Shapelock top stick to. I then recommend you coat this, and the Alignment Clamp, with a couple of coats of Smooth-on Ease Release™ 2831 before use too.

Alignment Clamp.stl

This part, along with the Alignment Plug, is used to form the warm Shapelock into the eye mount. It is used to hold the small diameter endow the plug flush to the outside of the pumpkin, so all the eyes are at a consistent depth.

I recommend this part be printed in ABS and vapor polished so there is less for the Shapelock top stick to. I then recommend you coat this, and the Alignment Plug, with a couple of coats of Smooth-on Ease Release™ 2831 before use too.

Camera Mockup.stl

I mounted this to a piece of perf board to approximate the OpenMV camera. The bore of it is intended to accept the rod I used to measure heightsand pointing angle for the camera.

Measurement Plug.stl

This plug is designed to mount in the finished eye holes and its bore is intended to accept the same the rod I used to measure heights and pointing angles for each eye. It also has four pockets for 1/4" Dia X 1/8" Thick magnets (K&J P/N ZD42E), so it will stay in the same place as the eye assembly.
