Eric HertzHard to tell what's all on it from the tiny picture, but handy tool, potential business-card, and just a tiny bit more design effort and a pair of tinsnips, or a utility-knife and table-edge, or snap-perforation, could make it quite useful for prototyping, as well.

Plenty of different lengths with pictures and description if you search eBay with "pcb ruler". Here's a typical ad:
