I finished assembling the z-axis and mobile platform support legs.  Everything fit together correctly and the legs move easily.  Unfortunately there is some sag in the mobile platform. The living hinges twist when the platform is extended away from the frame.  There doesn't seem to be an easy fix for this other than replacing the living hinges with standard hinges.
