➢Step descriptions:

✦Step 1:-Solder a 220 ohm resistor on the middle pin of IRF540G.

✦Step 2:-Solder the negative pole of an LED on the other end of the 220 ohm resistor.

✦Step 3:-The positive pole of LED is connected to the positive pole of the power supply.

✦Step 4:-The negative pole of the power supply is connected to the B pin of the IRF540.

✦Step 5:-Simultaneously touch the R pin of IRF540 and the positive pole of the LED, then the led will be on.

✦Step 6:-Simultaneously touch the R pin and B pin (on the right ) of IRF540, then the led will be off.
