Main controller fw 12/31/19

This can control the lights and you can manually switch from germ to veg to flower. It does not datalog, and Ive held off on writing automation code because real world testing told me its gonna end up being when the lights are on the fans blow 100% and complicating it didnt serve purpose. First run I am going to do manually to establish a baseline because the crop we tested the nutes on (out of state) failed and we had to switch so the data isnt here to use.
