It's a 6-pin avr-isp adapter based on Pogo pins that allows you on-board programming without wiring and soldering.
I tried to design a comfort hand-held device. There's a power on led and reset button on it that is covered with an anti-static plastic.
You can use it directly as a 6 pin programming adapter ( 2x3 pins - 2.54 pitch ) or with 10-Pin to 6-Pin converter board compatible with most AVR programmers.
Package include:
1x AVR-ISP adapter1x 10-Pin to 6-Pin converter board
Dimensions:
Pogo Adapter : 100*15*8 mm
IDC converter : 30*20*8 mm

Nice tool but it is better to use a pushbutton with grounded metal shield. That avoids ESD problems when touching the button housing.
