CBJTv2,another exotic type of logic gates. This version of CBJT is my experimental logic family that is 5V CMOS compatible, but requires dual power supply (+-2.5V) and GND as VREF. Resistors are used to limit the input current and transistors on the input are added to prevent output transistors from opening both at the same time, that will lead to short circuit. This schematic was inspired from output stages of power amplifiers.
Input Type:Differential (very similar to comparator)
Output Type : Tri-State Saturated (there is no output if the input voltage on all inputs =0Vin)
High Level Input/Output Voltage : +2.5V(up to +Vs)
Low Level Input/Output Voltage : -2.5V(down to -Vs)
I/O Current : Depends on Transistors and Resistors.
Shouldn't the symbol for BUFFER in the gallery just be a single buffer (ie just a triangle without the circle at end) and not two NOTs? It doesn't even reflect a double-latency to the single NOT (or is there?)
